The next day, we stopped at the Herkimer Diamond Mines in New York on our way to Niagara Falls.
Appropriately, we mined for Herkimer diamonds.
We hit lots of rocks with hammers, but didn't find much.
The kids did use their spending money from the garage sale to get very cool hardhats, though.
