And Madeline spent one more morning with me at work.
Then over the weekend we went to Connecticut ...
... to Kidcity Children's Museum ...
... with Lauren and Emily!
Madeline made fast friends with another girl her age while Oliver and Emily played nicely together.
Later on, Madeline drew a picture of of herself (the BIG sister) and Oliver (the little brother).
The next day was more low-key. The kids played with Play-Doh ...
... and Oliver got a new backpack ("pack-ack")!
During the week the kids were silly ...
... and we were very busy! We tested out a new car ...
... and bought it.
Madeline approved!
(And so does Oliver -- he now says he wants to ride in the "silver car" rather than the "white car.")
Our community garden plot has been bursting with food.
And Summer treated Madeline to a trip to the local natural history museum, complete with a planetarium visit!
Then it was on to Delaware ...
