On Saturday, we went to Kyla's first birthday party. Madeline had fun!

... and she ate a delicious cupcake.
She also spent every minute she was at home this weekend in underwear -- fun!
The weekend had its interesting points. We received iPhones in the mail Saturday morning but it took 2 hours at the AT&T store Saturday evening and another several hours of Grandpa Paul's time on the phone with various AT&T representatives on Sunday to make the phones functional.
By late Sunday night, though -- miracle of miracles -- they worked!
And Summer's been an iPhone photography fiend since. This photo marks Madeline's first time going to school in big girl underwear.
