Madeline played with dinosaurs.
And she played her bucket like a drum.
Late at night, Grandma Susy and Grandpa John arrived and met Oliver.
Oliver also received another visitor.
Saturday:
Madeline was excited to see her grandparents.
There were gifts and rowdiness.
Grandma held Oliver ...
... and Madeline.
And Grandpa played with Madeline.
Oliver really conked out.
Sunday:
Grandpa played with Madeline some more.
And Madeline played with Oliver.
And Madeline played with her bucket.
We posed for nuclear family photos.
We went to India Point Park, where Oliver waved hello.
Madeline romped.
We wandered.
And Madeline romped some more.
Everyone took turns pushing Madeline on the swing.
Madeline also played on the slide.
And for a little while she played with a different Oliver.
Today:
Madeline and Oliver lounged together.
Grandma and Grandpa posed with Oliver before heading back to Delaware.
We had a playdate with Ilan.
Toddlers playing together move too fast to photograph easily.
And Oliver is getting really observant.
What a treasure trove of pictures...I can never get enough of them. Favorites are Oliver with his eyes open and checking things out and Madeline playing her "drum" with such a sense of joy; also I love the pictures of her running and playing. And the family group is super to see. What with the Grandparent's pictures and now these I am now terribly spoiled. Delight multiplied. xoxoxox N
